From March until October you will have the opportunity to participate on my regular drop-in Ha-Tha Yoga classes inside the Greenhouse on our welcoming yoga floor or outside in the garden next to the water if the weather allows. The classes are offered for completely beginners as well as for intermediate/advanced Yogis.
Schedule: weekends – Saturday & Sunday: from 10.30 – 11:30
What to expect:
- Energising morning yoga sessions, full body workouts to start your day mindful and active.
- Working on improving flexibility, strength, mobility, mindfulness and overall well-being.
- 75 min classes with breathwork, meditation and asana practice in a beautiful and calm environment.
- Join anytime – Perfect if you prefer a casual, flexible practice.
Pricelist:
- Single class: €10,- for camping guests
- Single class: €12,- for drop-in guests
