What are your check-in and check-out times?
Mondays & Tuesdays only self check-ins are possible! (you’ll receive the informations via email before your arrival)
The Reception is open from Wednesday to Sunday between 14:00 and 18:00. If you’re arriving outside the opening hours, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide you the informations for the self check-in process.
Please leave your pitch or accommodation by 11:00 at latest on the day of your departure.
Late departure is possible upon availability. Please request it in advance via email or ask at the reception during your stay.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash all the time and you clean up after them. Please ensure your pet doesn’t disturb other campers or wildlife.
Are campfires allowed?
Yes, campfires are allowed but only in designated fire pits. We provide firewood for sale, and all fires must be fully extinguished before leaving them unattended. We kindly ask you not to throw anything into the fire pit just firewood.
You can buy Firewood at the Reception during the opening hours.
Do you have electricity at the campsite?
We offer electricity for all of our guests (included in the price). However for a more nature-based experience, we encourage the use of solar-powered devices.
Can I park my car next to my tent?
Our campsite is car-free to maintain the natural environment. You can park in the designated parking area, and use a cart / bike to transport your belongings to your pitch. Only the Summerhouse has a private parking spot for 1 car.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
To promote relaxation and a connection with nature, Wi-Fi is only available in our common area: the Greenhouse. However we suggest embracing a digital detox during your stay!
Are there shower and toilet facilities?
Yes, we have a clean and eco-friendly shower and toilet facility, one sanitary room between every two spots.
What kind of activities can I do at the campsite?
The campsite offers a range of nature-based activities, including yoga, swimming, rowing in a boat, birdwatching, cycling, fishing…etc. There are also games and books in our Greenhouse. For recommendations in our area, ask the staff.
Can we play music at the campsite?
No amplified music is allowed to preserve the peace of the natural surroundings. You’re welcome to enjoy acoustic music, but please keep the volume low.
Are groups allowed?
Small groups are welcome, but we ask for prior notification. Large groups or events need to be approved in advance to ensure they fit with the peaceful atmosphere of the campsite.
Is there a shop on-site?
Yes, we have a small shop that sells basic and eco-friendly camping supplies, firewood, locally sourced products such as eggs from our chickens and veggies from our own garden and handmade souvenirs.
What should I do with my waste?
Please use the recycling and composting bins available on-site. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact, so all waste must be sorted appropriately. Ask us if you’re unsure about the proper waste separation.
Is there public transport to the campsite?
Public transport is available nearby. However as our Campsite is located in a small village, expect to do some walking/cycling from the train station/bus stop.
Can I bring my own barbecue?
Yes, you may bring your own barbecue, but it must be raised off the ground to avoid damaging the grass. Please use the designated barbecue areas.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards and cash at the reception and the on-site shop.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, please contact the campsite manager immediately. Emergency contact numbers and first aid kits, fire extinguishers and an AED are available at the reception.
Does the campsite have an on-site bar/restaurant?
We do have a breakfast service in the morning and a small bar where you can get drinks and a snack in the afternoon/evening. Check our menu and opening hours here.
Can I empty my chemical toilet at the campsite?
No, we do not have facilities for emptying chemical toilets on-site.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are not required but are highly recommended, especially during weekends and holidays. You can make a reservation online through our website or via email.
Do you offer seasonal/long term pitches?
Unfortunately we do not offer seasonal spots, as we are a tiny Campsite. The longest possible stay is 30 days on all of our camping pitches.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival
Guests may cancel or modify their booking up to 2 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund.Cancellations within 48 hours / No-shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or failure to arrive (no-show), will be charged 100% of the booking cost.Early departures

In exceptional circumstances, management reserves the right to offer a partial or full refund.
We have a different cancellation policy for the accommodations such as tipi tents, safari tents and wooden cabins:
- Full refund at least 5 days before check-in
- Partial refund within 5 days of check-in (50% of the paid amount)
- No refund by cancelation within 48 hours before check-in!
